今天笔者跟大家分享一份在工作实务中遇到的英文租赁合同范本。租赁合同在英文表述中表述为lease。Lease可以很简单也可以很复杂和完整，是很好的学习法律英语的素材。尤其是在实务中，商务租赁的租赁房有完整的律师队伍，由出租方提供的合同范本详细而复杂的列举了一系列出租方的权利和免责事由。笔者将对重点的法律英语词汇进行简单的列举和介绍。
LEASE
THIS LEASE made this _____ day of February,2020,between ABC,INC.,having an office at X (hereinafter called "Landlord"), and its successors,assigns and affiliates, having an office at Y(hereinafter called"Tenant").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Landlord desires to lease to Tenant and Tenant wishes to lease from Landlord certain premises which Landlord owns, located in the Township of XX (such premises being referred to as the "Demised Premises") as more particularly described hereinafter;
