一、学习计划
经教育部批准,2004年9月,中央财经大学与澳大利亚维多利亚大学合作设立了“国际经济与贸易(国际贸易/金融风险管理)”本科教育项目。本项目是一个国际化的本科学位教育项目,融合了国际经济与贸易、金融学、商学、保险学、会计学、统计学等中外本科专业的教学内容,通过中外教育资源的优化整合、教育教学方法的合理创新、师资素质的整体提升,实质性地改变了以单一学科专业为基本框架的人才培养模式,培养出的学生具有复合型专业特色,英语应用能力突出,就业率高,海外留学优势显著,深获社会认可。本项目首届学生已于2008年6月毕业。
本项目的中方教学由中央财经大学国际经济与贸易学院、金融学院、会计学院、商学院、统计学院、外语学院、保险学院、税务学院等相关教学单位联合承担。依托于中央财经大学的整体实力和教育教学资源,本项目已经形成了成熟的联合办学模式及其运行体系,拥有一支优秀的师资与管理队伍,有效保证了本项目学生的培养教育。
进入“国际经济与贸易本科教育项目”的学生分为计划内学生(统招)和计划外学生(自主招生)。计划内学生完成项目培养计划并符合规定条件者,由中央财经大学和澳大利亚维多利亚大学分别授予经济学学士学位和商学学士学位。
根据教育部批示和两校合作协议,本项目采取“全程引进”(4+0)模式,即全部授课及相关教学活动均在我校进行(4年)。项目实行学分制,学生必须完成规定的课程学习,其中包括维多利亚大学的24门课程(8门专业基础课和16门商学学士学位课程),两校互认学分。第一、二学年的基础课程及专业课程由我校教师授课,公共英语课程由两校教师合作授课。学生完成第一、二学年学习,取得规定学分,通过维多利亚大学主持的英语测试(相当于雅思考试成绩6.0)者,可获准注册澳大利亚维多利亚大学商学学士学位课程,进入专业课学习阶段(第三、四学年),由两校教师联合讲授商学学士学位课程(16门)
本项目是一个复合型本科学位教育项目,融合了国际经济与贸易、金融学、保险学、会计学、统计学等本科专业的教学内容,通过学科专业的复合型设计、中外教育资源的优化整合、教育教学方法的合理创新,培养出的学生具有复合型专业优势,英语应用能力突出,就业竞争力强,海外留学优势显著。本项目从2004年启动以来,已经招收了8届学生,首届学生已于2008年6月毕业。

三、课程设置
“国际经济与贸易本科教育项目(国际贸易/金融风险管理)”的课程设置体现了复合型专业特色。根据“全程引进”(4+0)模式,两校实行分阶段的联合教学,课程包括由我校教师讲授的公共基础课、学科基础课、专业课、选修课,以及由维多利亚大学开设,由两校教师联合讲授的16门商学学士学位课程。
本项目的主要专业课程包括:宏观经济学、微观经济学、国际经济学、计量经济学、金融学、国际贸易运作战略、国际贸易实务、国际贸易融资,国际金融管理,国际商法,国际市场营销,世界贸易组织、管理与组织行为学、风险管理与保险、风险管理模型,投资组合管理、国际商务环境、商务营销统计、税法与实务、决策会计、长期财富增长策划、个人理财策划,专业技能进阶等。

本项目学生应掌握经济学的基本原理和国际经济、国际贸易、金融学、金融风险管理的基础理论和基础知识,具有较扎实的管理学基础,具有独立思考、分析和解决问题的能力,能够运用相关知识从事专业工作与研究。
本项目学生应具有较扎实的数理基础,掌握计量、统计和会计的基础理论与方法,并能应用于国际商务及金融风险管理领域的实务操作与研究,具有较强的实证分析能力和一定的研究能力。应较好掌握国际商务、跨国公司、国际市场营销、货币金融、金融风险管理等领域的专业知识和专业技能。
本项目学生应掌握我国对外经济、金融及其他财经领域的基本政策法规,熟悉世界贸易组织的基本框架和规则,以及国际经济、国际金融领域的法律规范。能够较好地将所学法规知识运用于实际工作和初步的学术研究。
本项目学生应具有较高的英语听、说、读、写、译水平和全面的英语应用能力,要求通过项目英语测试(相当于雅思考试成绩6.0,且各单项成绩均要求达到6.0)或取得规定的雅思考试成绩(各单项成绩均要求达到6.0),取得规定的国家大学英语测试成绩。学生应能自如地运用英语学习专业课程并从事涉外工作,具有较突出的适应英语工作环境的综合能力。
本项目学生应积极参与社会实践和公益活动,努力培养科技、人文素养和创新能力,努力提升思想道德修养和专业素质,增强社会责任感,磨练意志,强健体魄,培育团队合作精神。
Introduction to College of Academic Information
I. Study plan
Through approval by the Ministry of Education, Central University of Finance and Economics cooperated with University of Victoria in Australia to establish the undergraduate education programme named “International Economy and Trade (International Trade/Financial Risk Management)” in September 2004. The programme is a international undergraduate degree programme that mixes the education contents of Chinese and foreign undergraduate majors in international economics and trade, finance, business, insurance, accounting and statistics, etc. Through optimization and integration of Chinese and foreign educational resources, rational innovation of educational and teaching methods and the overall improvement of teacher’s quality, the talent training mode which makes single subject majors as the basic framework is substantially changed and the students cultivated possess the compound professional characteristics and outstanding English application abilities. Thus, the students have higher employment rate, distinct advantages of studying aboard and are highly recognized by the society. The enrolled students in the first year have been graduated in June 2008.
The Chinese teaching of the programme is jointly undertook by such relevant teaching units as College of International Economy and Trade, College of Finance, College of Accounting, College of Business, College of Statistics, College of Foreign Studies, College of Insurance and College of Tax of Central University of Finance and Economics, etc. Depend on the overall strength and educational and teaching resources of Central University of Finance and Economics, the programme has formed mature combined mode and operational system of running school and has a team of excellent teachers and management staff, which effectively guarantee the cultivation and education of students under the programme.
The students enrolled as “international economy and trade undergraduate education programme” include planned students (regular enrollment) and out-of-plan students (independent enrollment). The planned students who complete the programme training plan and are qualified shall be conferred by theCentralUniversityandUniversityofVictoriainAustraliarespectively the Bachelor Degree of Economics and Bachelor Degree of Business.
According to the approval by the Ministry of Education and the Cooperation Agreement between two universities, the programme adopts “Overall Introduction”(4+0) mode, that is, all the teaching and relevant teaching activities shall be conducted in our university (four year). The programme adopts credit system. The students shall complete the courses completed, including 24 courses ofUniversityofVictoria(8 professional basic courses and 16 courses of Bachelor Degree of Business). Both universities shall conduct mutual recognition of credit. The first and second academic year professional courses and basic courses shall be instructed by our teachers and the public English courses shall be instructed jointly by the teachers of the two universities. After completion of the first and second academic year studies and acquired prescribed credits and passed the examination of English of University of Victoria (equivalent to IELTS results of 6.0), the students can attend the Courses for Bachelor Degree of Business jointly instructed by the teachers of two universities (16 courses).
The programme is a compound undergraduate degree education programme that mixes the education contents of Chinese and foreign undergraduate majors in international economics and trade, finance, business, insurance, accounting and statistics, etc. Through compound design of subjects and majors, optimization and integration of Chinese and foreign educational resources and rational innovation of educational, the students cultivated possess the compound professional characteristics, outstanding English application abilities, higher employment rate and distinct advantages of studying aboard. Since opening of the programme from 2004, the university has enrolled students for 8 years and the enrolled students in the first year have been graduated in June 2008.

III. Courses
“International Economy and Trade Undergraduate Education Programme (International Trade/Financial Risk Management)” courses represent the compound professional characteristics. In accordance with the “Overall Introduction”(4+0) mode, the universities adopt staged joint teaching. The courses include public basic courses, subject basic courses, professional courses and elective courses instructed by our university teachers and other 16 courses for Bachelor Degree of Business opened byUniversityofVictoriaand jointly instructed by the teachers of the two universities.
The main professional courses of the programme include: Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Economics, Econometrics, Finance, International Trade Operation Strategy, International Trade Practice, International Trade Financing, International Financial Management, International Business Law, International Marketing, World Trade Organization, Management and Organizational Behavior, Risk Management and Insurance, Risk Management Model, Portfolio Management, International Business Environment, Business Marketing Statistics, Tax Law and Practice, Decision Accounting, Long-term Wealth Growth Plan, Personal Financial Planning and Professional Skill Improvement, etc.

V. Introduction to major courses

The students under this programme shall grasp general principals of economics and basic theory and basic knowledge of international economics, international trade, finance and financial risk management. In addition, the students shall have solid fundamentals of management, the ability to think independently and analyze and solve problems as well as to apply relevant knowledge to engage in professional work and research.
The students under this programme shall have solid mathematical foundations and grasp the basic theories and methods of econometrics, statistics and accounting and apply them to the practical operation and research in the field of international business and financial risk management. In addition, the students shall have comparable strong empirical analysis ability, certain research ability and the professional knowledge and skills in the fields of international business, multinational corporation, international marketing, monetary and banking and financial risk management, etc.
The students under this programme shall master the basic policies, laws and regulations in our country to foreign economics, finance and other financial fields; familiar with basic framework and rules of WTO as well as the laws and regulations in international economics and international financial field and apply the laws and regulations into the practical work and preliminary academic research.
The students under this programme shall have comparable higher English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating as well as the comprehensive English application abilities. In addition, the students are required to pass programme English tests (equivalent to IELTS results of 6.0, and the results for each subject is required to reach 6.0) or required to get the prescribed IELTS results (the results for each subject is required to reach 6.0) and get prescribed national university test results. The students can use English freely for study of professional courses and engage in foreign-related work and have the outstanding and comprehensive ability to adapt to the English working environment.
The students under this programme shall actively participate in social practice and public benefit activities, try to cultivate scientific, humanistic quality and innovation ability; try hard to improve ideological and moral cultivation and professional quality; enhance sense of social responsibility; increase willpower; develop strong bodies and develop team work spirit.
