签证文件翻译 资质应该这么提交？在签证翻译文件页脚处添加宣誓词：我承诺我所有盖章和签字的翻译件是忠实原文真实有效的（I hereby make the commitment that all documents stamped are accurate translation of the original documents）.
然后下面是翻译资格证书，翻译员签字，和翻译机构的名字，地址，然后盖章，如下图所示：
通常，您在签证的时候，除了房产证明需要翻译，还需要房产评估报告翻译件，户口本翻译件，收入证明翻译件，银行流水翻译件，车辆购置单，这些与财产有关的足以证明您还会回来而不非法滞留那个国家的相关文件，请参考右侧
翻译价格：除了户口本翻译件，成绩单翻译件，这种超过一页的证件，是200元一页，其他的文件大部分都是100元一页，我们的价格和同行是一样的，这是一般的行业价格
