国外结婚证翻译中文，是中国政府部门要求，他们通常要求您找有资质的翻译公司，正规翻译公司，翻译后盖章，提交翻译公司营业执照和翻译资格证，一般国外结婚证翻译是公安局派出所需要，也可能是银行，民政局需要，办理各种不同的事宜。
